Once in a while you get to experience a theme or at least a thread of consistency participating at NaCl events, but not this time. With a minimum of coordination the great chefs of NaCl rolled out a patchwork of dishes ranging from pure delight to quite challenging. For my part at least I did think of the fine term “acquired taste” several times during the evening.
NaCl Showcooking is an excellent way to push your boundaries and experience amazing dishes made by skilled and playful chefs… and that is not a bad thing.
